We are a managed staffing provider, not a marketplace. That means we define the role with you, run the sourcing and screening, coordinate your interviews, and stay involved once the placement starts.
Recruitment and delivery are carried out with our fulfilment partners, under our management and our service agreement with you. Your commercial relationship, invoicing and account contact stay with Virtual Staffing Dubai.
We say what the service does and does not include. We do not promise qualifications, results or outcomes we cannot evidence, and we do not publish figures, testimonials or client names we have not been given permission to use.

Candidates are sourced against the agreed role profile through our recruitment network and channels.
Initial screening
Applications are reviewed for relevant experience, availability and suitability for remote work.
Experience review
Work history is reviewed in interview, including the tools and processes the candidate has used.
Skills assessment where appropriate
Role-relevant tasks or tests are used where they add useful evidence, agreed with you in advance.
Communication checks
Spoken and written English are assessed in the context of the role's client contact.
Client interviews
You interview the shortlist and make the selection. We coordinate scheduling and feedback.
Reference or background checks where included
Checks are carried out where they form part of your agreed scope. We only confirm checks that are genuinely completed.
Onboarding
We support access, introductions and the first working weeks so the role settles quickly.
Ongoing support
Your Dubai-based account contact remains available for the life of the placement.
Replacement process
Where a placement does not work out, replacement support is available subject to your service agreement.
