Recruitment and screening

A Considered Shortlist, Not an Unreviewed Applicant List

We agree the role first, then source, review and interview suitable candidates before presenting the strongest matches. You remain in control of the final interviews and hiring decision.

Before the client interview

You Only Interview Candidates Who Have Already Been Screened

Before presenting a shortlist, candidates go through the recruitment stages agreed for the role. Select each stage below to see what happens as the search narrows towards the client shortlist.

Stage 01

Role requirements confirmed

We understand the responsibilities, required experience, working hours, communication needs and preferred candidate profile.

The client never receives an unreviewed list of applicants.

Background checks, references and role-specific assessments are only included where they form part of the agreed service. We only describe a check as complete when it has genuinely been carried out.

After the shortlist

From Client Interviews to Ongoing Support

The client interviews the shortlisted candidates and makes the final decision. We then help turn that decision into a supported working relationship.

    Selection and onboarding

Once you make the final hiring decision, we coordinate the agreed start date, access, introductions and initial working arrangements.

  2. 02

    Ongoing support

Your Dubai-based point of contact remains available as the placement settles and throughout the working relationship.

  3. 03

    Replacement process

If a placement does not work out, replacement support is available subject to the terms of your service agreement.
